Seller Warranty Terms and Conditions
Return Principles:
Product returns are allowed for reasons of manufacturing defects or damage not caused by buyer error.
Return Time Limit:
a. Product returns can only be made if the product has a lifespan of no more than 3 (three) years from the production month and year, as indicated by the product's production code.
b. After this period, returns will not be accepted unless specifically authorized by the company.
c. If there is a return from an end consumer (user) where the product age exceeds 3 (three) years, but the warranty is still valid for 2 (two) years and can be proven with a receipt/invoice, the consumer may be directed to claim the warranty directly with PT. Cipta Orion Metal according to the warranty claim instructions provided on the packaging (QR Code).
Reasons for Ineligibility for Return:
a. The product exceeds the 3 (three) years warranty period from the production month and year.
b. The product is incomplete, including packaging, warranty card, and product components.
c. The product has been damaged due to intentional actions (including tampering/removing the production code), alteration, modification, or repair by another party.
d. The product is damaged due to force majeure events such as riots and natural disasters like earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, landslides, lightning strikes, fires, and other natural disasters.
Return Process:
a. Report the return before sending the product.
b. Distributors must report the return first by filling out the return template/form provided and emailing it to sales@destec.co.id.
c. The returned product must be complete, including packaging, warranty card, and product components.
Reassessment:
a. After receiving the returned product, an inspection will be conducted to ensure that the reported product quantity is correct and meets the warranty claim terms and conditions.
b. If the inspection results match the reported quantity and meet the warranty claim terms and conditions, the product will be replaced according to the applicable policy. If not, the returned product will be sent back.
Additional Provisions:
a. The company reserves the right to reject product returns that do not meet the established terms and conditions.
b. The sender bears the shipping costs for returned products.
c. The company may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
